One of Coinvesting Holding's investment expertise includes Gold and Commodities. With several years of experience and qualified consultants on the Coinvesting Team, we have invested into a state of the art, 70,000 sqf. Gold Refinery, located and regulated by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) authority.
This Gold Refinery allows us to refine gold, store the gold in our secure vault, and create a Gold-backed stable coin (GBAR) that represents the physical gold that we have refined and stored. Our installation will allows us to also replicate this process for the Platinum Group Metals (PGMS) and Silver.
Above all else, the Gold Refinery is a prime piece of real estate in the DMCC Gemplex that is owned and operated by Coinvesting Holding. All expenses related to the land acquisition, the consultants, designers, and architects, the construction of the foundation, etc. can be viewed and verified on the blockchain at AccountChain.com (also part of Coinvesting Holding). Making Coinvesting's Gold Refinery the first fully transparent real estate building in the Middle East, Accountchain.com records all transactions, including the cost of building the tower (cement, bricks, steel, labor, etc.)

Our Gold Refinery has been designed with the environment in mind. Since the process of gold refining is a highly energy intensive process, we have invested in a solar generating facade to offset this energy demand. Using perforated steel facades, we have also optimised the airflow and cooling of the refinery.
Finally, through the control of both the gold refining and the gold storage process, Coinvesting is able to create a Gold Backed stable coin backed by the refined and audited gold. Unlike other currencies, our GBAR token is not considered cryptocurrency, due to the nature of the backing asset - 115% in physical, stored, and audited Gold in our secured storage.
Our Gold Coin is considered a commodity and can be purchased on both CryptoExchange.com (Coinvesting's online exchange platform) and also through DMCC's DGCX; Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange.
Coinvesting Holding has invested into state of the art refining and minting technology. Allowing us to refine raw gold (Dore) to 99.5 levels of purity. A further value add of our refinery is our minting press, allowing for an infinite number of our own customisations on the gold we refine. From bespoke requests to celebrity endorsement and promotions, our minting press is able to create just about any design on the gold bars and coins. This gold can then either be stored and tokenised (GBAR) in our secure Gold vault, or it can be withdrawn by the client
Our expansive refining operation allows for up to 500kg of gold refining per day, making Coinvesting's refinery one of the largest in the region. We source responsible from our numerous trusted partners around the world, ensuring all regulations and sanctions are upheld at all time. Sourcing only from the reputable and responsible mines. Eventually, Coinvesting plans to purchase and operate its own mines to further control the process at all aspects.
- Our gold vault allows for the safe and secure storage of all the gold and PGMs that are refined by our refinery. Located underground and protected by the latest security technology and reinforced construction materials, our gold vault spans and impressive xxxx sqf. This allows for the storage of xxx tons of gold up to the value of xxx bn.
- Our gold vault is also under 24h physical surveillance and also utilises state of the art Al face detection technology and AI CCTV cameras to prevent unauthorised access to the restricted areas of the vault. Furthermore, the quality and value of the gold is audited every quarter by Grant Thornton (GT) to ensure its authenticity, its value, and its proof of reserve in the backing of our gold-backed stable coin: GBAR.
- In addition to the audited vault, our secure basement will also hold an expensive deposit box vault. Allowing any clients to safely and discreetly store their valuables. This facility houses xx thousand boxes.
